Pre chapter 6…
It was Emily’s b-day. She wakes up to the family fighting
with Alan. She walks downstairs and get roped into the discussion.
She is afraid of Alan, so AJ tells Alan to leave her alone. Alan
hits AJ, sending him flying. Em tries to go see how AJ is, but Alan
grabs her. Either AJ or Ned tackles him I don’t remember. She
runs upstairs and cries herself to sleep. She wakes up to Nicholas
leaving a message on the answering machine saying he has to cancel their
day because he forgot about an errand he had to run, but he’d see her later.
She left and went to Lucky’s apartment, but no-one was there. Then
she went to Jason’s house. He told her happy birthday. Then
he told her that Robin wasn’t there because she was with Nicholas.
Emily tried not to cry and Jason told her he didn’t want her there because
he was having someone over that she might get hurt, so she greatfully left
so Jason wouldn’t see her crying. When she got home she
went over to her dresser and pulled out leftover pot. Then she smoked
it.
Luke came back into town. He ran into Lucky and Liz at
a resteraunt. Lucky was, ofcourse, a brat to him. He went home,
only to find Emily on his front porch mumbling incoherently. She
asked for Lucky and Luke brought her to Lucky’s house. Nicholas
called over at Emily’s house and AJ told him she wasn’t there. He
felt horrible for ditching her on her birthday. He hoped he would
find her at Lucky’s house. At first Lucky was shocked to see his
father at his house, but when he saw Emly he got scared for his friend.
He asked Luke to stay and help him with Emly. Nicholas came
over and Emily freaked out because she didn’t want himn to see her.
Lucky mistook this for that Nicholas had hurt her so he hit him.
Emily yelled for him to stop and then passed out.
Luke is sitting in a chair watching Lucky sleep next to Emily.
Nicholas walks in and hands Luke some coffee. Luke tells Nicholas
that he wants a truce. No more Spencer-Cassidine younger generation
bullshit. Lucky wakes up and Nicholas gives him his coffee,
leaving himself with none. Lucky tells him thanks, they are actually
getting along. Luke goes to get somne blankets and Lucky follows.
They have a talk. At first Lucky is unreceptive and responds
angry. But he sees how upset Luke is, he finally admits to himself
that he wants his father back. They hug and forgive one another.
The next day Lucky tells Liz what happened and that he and Luke made
up. He tells her that he is about to go and see Laura. Nicholas
walks Emily home and wishes her good luck. Emily actually
doesn’t go in. Instead she goes over to Elizabeth’s house.
She asks if she can talk to her about Nicholas. Nicholas is on the
docks awaiting the launch when some punks appear that he knew from PCH
and didn’t like. They attacked him and he had no way to fight back
cause it was like 5 to 1. Lucky appears and is friends with them,
so when he tells them to get the hell off, they do. Lucky is concerned
when Nicholas wobbles. Lucky starts to talk to Nicholas but
remembers that he has to go. Nicholas is so glad that he and Lucky
are starting to really connect. They haven’t fought in a long time.
When Nicholas gets to Windemere he listens to I’ll Be There For You by
Bon Jovi. (http://www.lyrics.ch/ click here and put the artist

it becomes apparent that he likes Emily the same way she likes him.
